Leaders Programme

The Leaders Programme (LP) is designed for experienced leaders stepping into enterprise-level roles. As organisations face increasing complexity, disruption, and the demand for sustainable growth, leaders must evolve from managing functions to shaping the broader system.

This programme equips participants with the strategic mindset, self-awareness, and cross-functional influence needed to lead at scale. Through immersive experiences, skills practice (including coaching), peer learning, and senior leader engagements, leaders gain the tools to drive transformation, foster innovation, and lead with clarity in the face of uncertainty.

Through the various sessions, participants will also examine the implications of AI for the workplace — particularly how it is reshaping ways of working, redefining critical capabilities, and influencing how leaders build future-ready organisations.

• C-3 level and/or high-potential executives being groomed for enterprise-level management responsibilities. Participants typically have 13–18 years of professional experience, with people and team management experience.

• Develop advanced self-awareness and strategic decision-making to navigate enterprise-level complexity with confidence and purpose
• Build the vision and frameworks needed to create resilient, innovative organisational systems that drive sustainable performance
• Master cross-functional, cross-cultural, and cross-organisational influence to mobilise diverse stakeholders toward shared enterprise goals​​

LP is a 6.5-day immersive, in-person programme held across two modules: 18–21 August and 22–24 September 2026, at Catapult, Singapore. You will learn through skills practice, case studies, a learning journey to a leading organisation, leadership dialogues, leadership analytics, peer discussions, and community-based networking. Sessions span leading innovation culture, systems leadership in a complex world, strategic foresight, adaptive leadership, and taking your leadership to the next level. You will engage with senior industry leaders and leave with sharper strategic tools, stronger peer networks, and a clearer path to leading at scale.
