The HCLI Leaders Programme (LP) develops the skills needed for leaders to thrive in changing work environments. It builds capabilities to strengthen influence within and across diverse work teams in the context of changing organisational structures. ​Participants are equipped with toolkits for informed effective actions in leading agile and sustainable change.

Who Should Attend?

  • C-3 level and/or high-potential executives who are being groomed to take on enterprise-level management responsibilities​
