On 25th April 2025, we invited alumni and current participants of our flagship HR Leadership Programme (HRLP) for a special speaker session—headlined by Ahmed Mazhari former President of Microsoft Asia.
With his deep expertise in business, leadership, and AI, Ahmed inspired the room with a powerful call to action:
- HR leaders must not just ride the wave of AI—they must lead it.
- Be bold. Set up innovation labs within your organisations.
- Make AI literacy a must at all levels, possibly even tying it to promotion criteria.
He reminded us that HR is the most important voice in shaping the future of work—and the enthusiastic Q&A that followed showed just how ready our HRLP community is to embrace that challenge.
We ended the evening over networking, dinner, and drinks, leaving with new ideas, stronger bonds, and a renewed sense of purpose.
