HCLI at the stars Symposium 2025: Moderating Conversations on Leadership in the Age of AI
As a proud knowledge partner of the stars Symposium 2025, HCLI joined a global community of next-generation leaders, thinkers, and innovators at this year’s event held at Changi Cove, Singapore, from 25–28 June. Themed “Rethink Everything!”, the symposium brought together diverse perspectives on how leadership must evolve in today’s rapidly changing world.
HCLI’s Chief Learning Officer and incoming CEO, Dr. Kevyn Yong, took part in the event as a moderator for the panel session titled “The Intelligence Age”, held on 27 June. The session featured Glen Francis (Strategic Advisor, Google, Singapore) and Michelle Khoo (Center Leader, Deloitte Center for the Edge, Southeast Asia), and focused on how leaders can effectively harness AI technologies in decision-making and strategy.
During the discussion, Dr. Yong emphasised the importance of staying “awake” while using AI — highlighting that while AI can be a powerful enabler, leaders must remain intentional and discerning in how they use these tools.
“It’s not just about using AI. It’s about asking better questions — and knowing when not to rely on it.”
– Dr. Kevyn Yong, stars Symposium 2025
HCLI is honoured to contribute to shaping these vital conversations and remains committed to advancing leadership excellence in the age of intelligence.
