On March 28 2025, we were honoured to host Zachary Wieder, CEO of Principles, at our recent HCLI Thought Leadership webinar, “From Insights to Action: Using Self-Awareness to Develop as a Leader.”

In this engaging session, Zachary drew from his extensive experience leading teams at Bridgewater Associates and building the PrinciplesYou personality assessment to share powerful insights on the role of self-awareness in effective leadership. Participants explored practical tools to better understand themselves and their teams, with the goal of cultivating more intentional, high-performing organisational cultures.
