Celebrating Leadership & Community: AFLP Graduation Dinner 2025

On the evening of 17 July 2025, over 100 senior leaders and distinguished guests gathered at Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore, for the Asian Financial Leaders Programme (AFLP) Graduation Dinner — a vibrant celebration of leadership, lifelong learning, and cross-cohort connection.

The event brought together the current AFLP cohort and alumni from past runs in a spirited evening of networking, reflection, and shared purpose. More than just a formal close to the latest cohort’s journey, the dinner served as an opportunity to strengthen the ever-growing AFLP community — now a dynamic network of financial leaders shaping the region’s economic future.

Launched in 2015 by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and delivered in partnership with the Singapore Management University (SMU), the AFLP was established to develop a core of senior leaders across Asia’s financial institutions. The programme equips participants with the capabilities to lead effectively across complex business, economic, and regulatory landscapes.

Spanning 9 months, 6 modules, and 5 countries — including Singapore, the USA, Switzerland, China, and Indonesia — the AFLP features highly customised content designed for Asian financial leaders. Participants benefit from world-class faculty, global business insights, and rich networking opportunities, and graduate with five certificates from renowned international institutions.
