HR Leaders Programme Teaser Session: Exploring AI in HR

On 26 September 2025, the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) hosted a teaser session for the upcoming HR Leaders Programme (HRLP) Run 18, commencing this November. The hands-on session gave participants a preview of how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the HR function — from recruitment and retention to succession planning.

Unlike traditional seminars, this session immersed attendees in live demonstrations of AI tools, equipping them with practical insights they could immediately bring back to their teams.
