Ms. Lim Choon Noi is a qualified accountant with more than 30 years of professional work experience and more than 10 years of experience as an Independent Director. She last held the position of Chief Financial Officer in SingBridge International Pte. Ltd. and prior to that, she was the Finance Director and Asia Lead for worldwide treasury and tax planning at Texas Instruments Singapore Pte. Ltd.

She acquired in–depth finance knowledge on manufacturing operations and sales and marketing activities through the years and her broad experience ranged from business finance & support, internal control & compliance, corporate governance and risk management. Her role at the Board and the Audit & Risk Committee was underpinned with her wealth of experience in the finance and tax arena.

In addition to her Board roles, she also provides advisory and consultancy services to enterprises to set up process controls and corporate governance.  She also volunteered her services to the Singapore Red Cross Society and is now serving on the Board and Audit & Risk Committee at the Home Nursing Foundation.
