Why is it is still challenging for women to become leaders in the workplace? This research explores four critical reasons why the career advancement of women remains slow. It provides practical solutions for companies supporting the development of women at work and offers women ways to catalyse change.
A collaborative research effort with HCLI and National University of Singapore (NUS Business School, NUS Faculty of Engineering, and Chua Thian Poh Community Leadership Centre), it is based on interviews conducted with 30 Singapore-based female executives working in multinational corporations (MNCs) across various industries.
