Pauline has extensive business development and regional sales experience. She was with MediaCorp, the national broadcaster of Singapore for 13 years, focusing initially on sales and marketing in the Singapore market, before taking on a regional business development role covering North and South East Asia from 2007 to 2012.
In her last 5 years at MediaCorp, Pauline was Vice President and Head of the Singapore Media Academy (SMA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MediaCorp that offers media-related diploma and degree programmes, short courses and consultancy services to local and regional corporations, media professionals, tertiary students, youths, children and hobbyists. Pauline was accountable for business profitability and also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Academy. During her time at the academy, she also developed significant international faculty partnerships on degree programmes and worked closely with local government agencies on diploma & short course certifications. During her time at the helm, the Singapore Media Academy achieved EDUTRUST status, a quality certification scheme in Singapore introduced by the Ministry of Education.
