Daniel started his career with Mindef for 13 years before joining the Healthcare Industry (both Acute and Community Care sectors) and Adult Education Industry.
He has accumulated approximately 20 years of HR experience especially in the area of HR strategy, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Facilitation experience. In his recent role with NTUC LearningHub, he was deeply involved in providing HR solutions to clients and management of HR programmes.
Graduated from Loughborough University with Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with Human Resource Management (Second Upper Honours), Daniel recognises learning and development as the main thrust towards success to both organisations and as an individual. His various job roles allowed him to gain experiences and insights into how strong Learning and Development, and Management Leadership can impact the growth of the organisations
