HCLI introduces the Next Leadership Generation

The Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) is pleased to introduce the Next Leadership Generation.

We’re announcing two significant leadership appointments at HCLI.

Carolina Yeo is stepping up to lead our Singapore Leaders Network, and Joewe Neo is taking the helm of our Asia Business Leaders Network. Both are joining HCLI’s Management Team effective immediately.

Carolina brings deep institutional knowledge of what the Singapore Leaders Network has become—a platform that challenges and prepares Singaporeans for global leadership. Having led global teams across international markets, she brings a global perspective and deep cross-cultural understanding to the role. She steps into the shoes of Nadir Zafar with our gratitude for the foundation he’s built and our excitement for where she’ll take it next.

Joewe, a new addition to HCLI, brings exceptional capabilities in programme development and delivery. Her dual role as Head of the Asia Business Leaders Network and Head of Programmes positions her to drive excellence, innovation and growth across our business units.

Together, they strengthen HCLI’s management bench. David Tang leads the Next Gen Leaders Network while continuing as Chief Marketing Officer. Daniel Lee remains Head of the Human Capital Leaders Network and Head of HR. Jason Hau, who joined early this year from INSEAD, leads Client & Strategic Partnerships.

These appointments show HCLI’s commitment to leadership development, with a management team with depth, diverse global experience, and a shared dedication to preparing leaders across Singapore, Asia, and beyond for an interconnected, rapidly changing world.
