About the Speaker
Manish Sinha
Manish Sinha

Manish Sinha is Senior Vice President, HR, Global Segments, R&D and Medical Affairs at Becton Dickinson (BD) headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Manish was appointed to his role in August 2019.

Manish brings more than 25 years of HR experience including twelve years at BD in positions of increasing responsibility and complexity at the country, region and global level. He has demonstrated his ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and balance the needs of key stakeholders to drive change and deliver business results. In his current role as SVP of HR Manish has driven a cohesive talent strategy across the Segments and innovation functions to upgrade the overall leadership capability, successfully integrating people, process and technology around the globe. Further, Manish was the senior executive HR leader responsible for the recently completed BD spinoff of Embecta. Previous to that he served as SVP, HR for BD Interventional and also lead the transformation of HR Operations and Technology.

Before joining BD Manish held various positions of increasing responsibility as an HR Leader for GE and its spin off Genpact driving leadership transformation and enhancing organizational capability for growth. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and US.

Manish grew up in India and he has lived and worked in seven different countries across Europe, Asia (including Singapore) and is now based in the US.

Manish earned a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and he earned his MBA from International Management Institute - IMI.
