Overview

The HR Leaders Programme (HRLP) is dedicated to deepening the understanding of Asia-specific human capital issues in the context of disruptions that businesses in a globalising Asia are facing. The programme is intended to develop future-ready HR Leaders with the ability to execute human capital strategies which not only proactively aligns to the business strategy, but strikes the right balance, given the diversity and complexity of Asia’s regulatory and business landscape and workforce dynamics. The programme exposes participants to the uncertainties and ambiguity that exists within real-world business landscapes and organisational environments and emphasises the application of frameworks and tools to solve real business and organisational challenges. Specifically, it allows participants to experience the challenges of engaging C-suite business leaders and convincing them of new and innovative solutions that address real organisational problems.

Curriculum, Approach & Key Themes

The programme is designed to develop future-ready HR Leaders through sharing refreshing insights on business and human capital issues most relevant to Asia, enabling deep reflection and a reframing of the role of HR Leaders in driving sustainable transformation for organisations.

Over the course of the programme, you will engage in dialogue with global thought leaders, C-suite business leaders and policymakers as they share insights and experiences on the drivers for success at the CHRO level, ensuring real-world learnings that you can put into practice in your organisation. The programme brings you on a blended learning journey that encompasses both face-to-face meetings and virtual sessions. Through the course of the programme, you will develop your own unique ‘case-in-point’ to address the challenges you are currently facing. You will be immersed in experiential learning opportunities while developing pillars of support with a network of peers from a cross-section of industries and organisations.

The programme will allow you to better reposition your behaviours and actions based on new perspectives and insights on leading organisations of the future. By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding

This programme is applicable for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding. Participants do not need to contact SkillsFuture for funding applications before course registration. HCLI will facilitate the funding paperwork for both self and company-sponsored participants. Participants will be invoiced the net amount after funding and GST.

Absentee Payroll

Companies who sponsor their employees for the programme are eligible to apply for absentee payroll via the Enterprise Portal for Jobs and Skills (EPJS).

Funding Requirements

  • Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance for the programme
  • Participants must complete and pass all assignments/assessments as assigned by the trainer
