Distributed Culture: How to Find and Retain Talent in Today's Changing Job Market
connect@hcli.org
Last year brought major changes in the way organisations build and maintain teams. Depressed markets and increasing corporate costs required employers to pick and reward their talent more thoughtfully. In 2023, that trend is expected to continue as we enter an even more difficult environment.
Casey Bailey, Deel's Head of People, led the onboarding of over 1.7k global employees in 2022, and now oversees almost 2k teammates across 100 countries.
She will speak to how Deel thinks about organisational design in remote environments, specifically around how teams are clustered geographically, by product and by time zone. She will also walk through hard-learnt lessons from the evolution of Deel's benefits program, and what perks global remote employees find most compelling, including currency flexibility and global holidays.
Date: Wednesday, 18 January 2023
Time: 9am - 10am SGT
Format: Online meeting
This event is by-invitation-only. Please do ensure that your name on the Zoom account you're dialling in with reflects the name on your invitation.
