Remote Relocation: A New Frontier for Adult Learning

A recent study revealed that nearly one-third of Singapore’s workforce anticipates remote work from anywhere in the world within five years. This trend is being driven by a number of factors, including the rise of digital nomadism, the increasing adoption of flexible work arrangements, and the desire for a better work-life balance.

By investing in upskilling their leadership, organisations can ensure that their employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the remote work environment. This will not only benefit the employees themselves, but it will also help organisations to boost their productivity, encourage innovation, and amplify employee engagement.
