Kai Fong’s view of an Innovation-Led Economy, is in fact, very human. Chng Kai Fong is the Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Board (EDB). Formerly, he was the Principal Private Secretary (PPS) to the Prime Minister. Before his appointment to PPS, Chng served various roles in the Public Service.
